Congratulations to the candidates on defeating thin air! According to the Senate's rules, the RCS is the acting speaker. As such, he's required to open a vote in the Senate forum on the election of a permanent speaker. Until you three have selected a speaker, the Senate's rules state that "[n]o other business may be conducted."
