Legislative Elections Act 1. With the authority set out in the constitution of Right to Life in Article VII, section 3, this Senate shall hereby adopt a voting system for the electing of Senators to said Senate, as well as for the electing the Speaker for the Citizens' Assembly, with the authority set out in Article III, section 9 of the constitution. 2. The cumulative voting method adopted shall give voters three votes, which they can give to one or more candidates of their choice. The candidates with the highest number of votes shall be elected to the Senate. 3. The Speaker of the Citizens' Assembly shall be elected with the voting process of first-past-the-post, giving all citizens one vote to select a single candidate of their choice. 4. The number of seats which will comprise the Senate shall be three. Enacted July 15, 2020.
