Rights of Life Law Proposal

OK, Well since the region is named The right of Life, The Law would be like this:
1 all member countries must allow Life,Liberty,and the Pursuit of Happiness
2. Member Countries must put strict limits on Abortion
3. Member countries must add their own Bill of Rights
Majority Required at least 50% of votes
All in Favor vote I all against vote Nay
Voting Ends Sunday,December 18th at 8 Pm Eastern Time

I'm afraid this would be difficult to enforce since not all nations engage in roleplay; though, such provisions could be added to the regional constitution.
