Executive Organization Act
Section 1: The Senate hereby authorizes the President to form his government with the following Regional Ministers, each in charge of their respective Ministries in subordination to the President. Each new President, upon election, shall name his appointments for these Ministries.
Section 2: The Minister of the Army shall be responsible for running the Right to Life Army. The Minister shall be responsible for recruiting new members of the Army. He shall also be in charge of organizing all military operations.
Section 3: The Minister of Culture shall be responsible for promoting general discussion and fellowship in the region. He shall be in charge of roleplays, spam games, and regional polls. He shall also be responsible for maintaining or commissioning an official regional map and for arbitrating and regulating land disputes and claims.
Section 4: The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall oversee all foreign relations. He may select ambassadors to other regions. He shall be in charge of opening and closing embassies with other regions. The Minister is in charge of maintaining and promoting relations with allied foreign regions. He is also in charge of negotiating treaties and ensuring compliance with existing treaties.
Section 5: The Minister of Internal Affairs shall be responsible for recruiting residents to the forums and regional chat room. He shall be in charge of promoting employment and involvement in regional affairs. He shall also be in charge of helping provide oversight of executive commissions, such as the Library Commission and the News Commission.
Section 6: The Minister of World Assembly Affairs shall be responsible for enforcing endorsements; this includes sending telegrams or other reminders to residents who fail to comply with mandatory regional World Assembly endorsements as mandated by Right to Life law. He shall also be in charge of opening and running discussions on World Assembly proposals.
