JUSTICE COURT OF RIGHT TO LIFE
Phydios v. Feminepolis
Decided April 16, 2015
Phydios v. Feminepolis
Decided April 16, 2015
THE REPUBLIC OF PHYDIOS,
Plaintiff, representing himself,
v.
THE MATRIARCHY OF FEMINEPOLIS,
Defendant, representing herself.
On February 5, 2015, Feminepolis applied for regional citizenship. She said, "Unborn man have no defferences with the unborn women, so can't kill them." Culture of Life, the founder, rejected her application for improper form and requested that she reapply according to the constitutionally prescribed citizenship oath. She reapplied and wrote, "I, Feminepolis, hereby affirm that I am pro-life; I am against elective abortion in all cases." Her application was accepted, and the Bank of Right to Life paid her ₤100 in accordance with the regional economic law. On April 2, 2015, Phydios accused Feminepolis of making "random, incoherent, vaguely pro-abortion" posts on the regional message board (RMB); and he asked the Justice Court to determine whether or not she was qualified (sufficiently pro-life) to be a citizen.
NEW DOLGARIA, JP, delivered the judgment of the Justice Court.
It seems to the Court that the defendant, as Phydios has argued, does not meet the requirement for citizenship; that is, they must oppose elective abortion in all or most cases (RTL Const. 1:2-3). I interpret "elective abortion in all or most cases" to include gender-selective abortions, which Feminepolis seems to support. However, since English is not her first language, it is possible that Feminepolis misinterpreted what this region defines as "pro-life". In any case, it does not appear that she was acting maliciously.
With all this in mind, the Court orders that Feminepolis be stripped of her citizenship and her ₤100 payment. However, she will be allowed to stay in the region and may apply for citizenship again if her views have changed. If she makes more RMB posts that could be considered inflammatory, I trust the Founder's judgement whether or not to eject or ban her.
Order executed by the Founder on April 19, 2015.
