[25-02] Co-option of Senator and Replacement of Speaker

This legislation is to ratify the co-option of United Massachusetts for Senator and Speaker of the House.

1. By order of the constitution no member of the senate can also hold the position of President of Right to Life at the same time:

Article III: The Legislative Branch
    3. Every senator shall be a citizen, and no citizen shall serve simultaneously as a senator and the President.

2. The Catholic State of Eire has been elected to the position of President of Right to Life and therefore must resign the position of Speaker and Senator.

3. The Catholic State of Eire, in accordance with Article III Section 5 of the Constitution of Right to Life, has proposed that United Massachusetts shall be named the third senator in the 25th Senate of Right to Life in order to fill the vacancy seat. Subsequently, there shall be a Senate vote to name a Speaker of the Senate.

With unanimous approval of the Senate the motion is carried and is sent to the President to be signed.

As President I sign this into immediate effect and hereby resign my seat as Speaker and Senator and hand my position of Senator over to United Massachusetts.
