Office of Labor
Be it decreed by the Founder of Right to Life as follows:
SECTION 1. Given the expressed desire of regional residents for the regional government to attempt to increase civic participation and given the current lack of organization and centralization for the employment of citizens, the Office of Labor is hereby established.
SECTION 2. The Ministry of Internal Affairs shall have jurisdiction over the Office of Labor given its goals of promoting involvement among new region members (RTL Code 1:4b) and of encouraging activity among all region members (RTL Code 1:4f).
SECTION 3. The Office of Labor shall provide applications for various jobs in the region.
a. The Founder or a general of the Right to Life Army shall be responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting all applications of citizens who wish to serve in the Right to Life Army.
b. The Director of News shall be responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting all applications of citizens who wish to hold positions in the Regional News Bureau.
c. The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall be responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting all applications of citizens who wish to serve as ambassadors of Right to Life to foreign regions.
d. The Justice of the Peace shall be responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting all applications of citizens who wish to serve as prosecutors or public defenders in trials.
e. The Director of the Bank of Right to Life shall be responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting all applications of citizens who wish to serve as mediators in economic disputes.
f. The President shall be responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting all applications of citizens who wish to recruit new region members manually from the game-created regions.
SECTION 4. The Right to Life Army, the Regional News Bureau, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Justice Court, the Bank of Right to Life, and the Recruitment Office respectively shall maintain lists of individuals whose applications have been accepted and who are able and willing to serve.
SECTION 5. The Minister of Internal Affairs shall make sure that all regional officers named in Section 3 respond to job applications in a timely manner.
SECTION 6. The job application of a citizen shall not be rejected except for just cause, and every citizen whose job application is rejected shall have the right to be given the reasons for rejection.
SECTION 7. No job application referenced in this decree shall be placed outside the Office of Labor.
