This legislation is to define the position of the region of Right to Life in accepting embassies with other regions.
1. Accepting of embassies is to create official ties between Right to Life and another region.
2. The main aim of accepting an embassy with another region is to encourage the Pro-Life message officially held by Right to Life
3. Requirements for accepting an embassy with another region has been undefined creating a policy of 'accept all'.
4. This policy of 'accept all' has left Right to Life accepting regions which are seen to be extreme in their stances on certain controversial issues.
5. This accepting of embassies with 'extreme stances' has lead to a misrepresentation that Right to Life somehow endorses or tolerates these views.
6. In order to stop this possible misunderstanding of position from Right to Life a policy must be created to define which regions we can accept regions with.
7. Regions which requests an embassy with us that holds extreme views should be denied official relations.
8. The definition of extreme views shall be understood as regions holding totalitarian views such as the ideologies of Nazism, Fascism and Communism as well as anything which calls for the discrimination of any group of people, or advocates the inferiority or superiority of certain races.

I think you may want to clarify what extreme is. Otherwise I think that looks pretty good.
